About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Activity Lead.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a group of talented and motivated students from around the world.

As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of social and cultural events that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading activities, trips, and events.
  • Supervising students during meals and free time.
  • Contributing to the overall well-being and safety of students.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident and effective communicator with excellent organisational skills.

You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with adapting to changing circumstances.

A competitive salary of £26,000 annually (dependent on location)
