Main Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and hosting marketing events, including local event partnerships, and attending key national events, roadshows, and brand activations.
  • Support to Senior Events Manager: Collaborate on key national events, providing administrative support with event calendars, logistics, campaign creation, reporting, and sustainability scorecard event reporting.
  • Test Drive Support: Assist the Events Manager on test drive-related activities, including event calendar administration, communication of customer queries, collaboration with the Polestar CEC team, and car booking form management.
  • Additional Tasks: Provide administrative support with event finance, kit, and uniform administration, branding updates to agencies and suppliers, event photography asset management, Spotify and Google account management, and research for industry updates.
