The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the College's infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in facilities management to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure systems and be able to work effectively with staff, students, and external contractors. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the College's infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and students
  • Work with external contractors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and students
