We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Mackenzie Jones. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with third-party contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain position, preferably in luxury/premium consumer goods.
  • End-to-end supply chain management experience, including planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Strategic leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage third-party contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results.
