The Opportunity:

We are partnering with a consumer luxury brand to find an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their leadership team. The business is undergoing a transformation, strengthening leadership and capabilities in all areas. As they continue to grow and innovate, they need someone to lead their supply chain operations with a strategic vision.

About the Role:

As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee and enhance all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery. The company is expanding into new markets and accelerating its product pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, who is also happy to be involved in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end supply chain management, overseeing planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Strategic leadership, influencing and managing third-party contract manufacturers in the UK and internationally.
  • Results-oriented, driven to achieve measurable results.
  • Fostering a high-performance and sustainable supply chain culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior supply chain position, ideally in luxury/premium consumer goods.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and effective at all levels.
