Regional Stock Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Stock Manager to lead our stock operations in the North & Central regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stock systems run seamlessly and that our operational teams have everything they need to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock loss
  • Collaborate with regional directors and warehouse staff to ensure that stock is managed with minimal loss and optimized for turnover
  • Work closely with IT teams to identify areas where technology can enhance efficiency and solve operational challenges
  • Identify weaknesses in the system and put robust solutions in place to drive process improvements across all depots
  • Ensure that stock is consistently aligned with our recycling KPIs and that our equipment is always on hand when needed

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a sharp eye for detail
  • Talent for data analysis and communication skills to inspire teams and drive change
  • Ability to navigate complex stock environments with ease and lead a team with a vision of continuous improvement
