Regional Stock Operations Manager

As the Regional Stock Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our stock systems, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize losses
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for technology-driven process improvements
- Work closely with regional directors, warehouse staff, and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Identify and address weaknesses in stock systems, implementing robust solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Deep experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
