Regional Stock Operations Manager

As the Regional Stock Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our stock systems, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Imagine a depot where every item is in its place, stock files are flawless, and every team member knows exactly what they need to do. That's the vision you'll bring to life every day. But your role won't just be about maintaining the status quo - it's about identifying areas for improvement, implementing robust solutions, and driving process enhancements across all of our depots.
You'll work closely with our IT teams to leverage technology and enhance efficiency, and collaborate with regional directors, warehouse staff, and external auditors to ensure our stock operations are always on track. Your expertise will help us optimize stock turnover, minimize loss, and align with our recycling KPIs.
This isn't just about numbers and stock counts - it's about making a tangible difference in people's lives by ensuring our equipment is always available when needed. And it's about leading a team with a vision of continuous improvement, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in inventory management.
We're looking for someone with deep experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a sharp eye for detail. You'll need strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teams to drive change.
