Digital Systems Manager

As a key member of the Digital Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Digital Clinical Systems Team. This includes overseeing the implementation and management of knowledge management for the support team and supporting Digital Clinicians in developing end-user knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Digital Clinical Systems Team, ensuring robust daily management and adherence to UHCWi Management system.
- Implement and manage knowledge management for the support team, supporting Digital Clinicians in developing end-user knowledge management.
- Represent the Digital Department at internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the configuration of all clinical systems managed by the team, including electronic document management, Digital dictation/voice recognition, and EPR.
- Provide Business as Usual (BAU) support for all clinical systems, working closely with the other Digital Clinical Systems Manager.
- Prioritize configuration changes and development work, ensuring alignment with the Digital Strategy.
- Contribute to the Digital strategy, helping determine the implementation plan and ensuring effective supplier management.
This role requires participation in an on-call rota to support the Trust's Clinical Systems. The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring that the way we provide services minimises the impact on the environment and the future health of the public.
