Digital Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Systems Manager to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. As a key member of our Digital Department, you will be responsible for managing the Digital Clinical Systems Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic patient record (EPR) system.
Main Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage the Digital Clinical Systems Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- EPR Workflow Management: Design, implement, and manage EPR workflows, forms, functionality, and configuration items to meet the needs of our clinical staff.
- Configuration and Support: Configure and support all clinical systems managed by the team, including electronic document management, digital dictation/voice recognition, and the patient portal.
- Business as Usual (BAU) Support: Provide BAU support for all clinical systems in partnership with the other Digital Clinical Systems Manager.
- Project Support: Support the handover of projects to BAU support, ensuring all required documents, processes, and training are undertaken by the required teams.
- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure SLAs and contractual compliance is achieved in the best interest of the Trust.

- Proven experience in managing digital systems and teams.
- Strong knowledge of EPR systems and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
