About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Engineering to lead our Systems and Projects team at Marshall. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our engineering strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Systems and Projects team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Engineering Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive engineering strategy that drives innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Financial Management: Manage the engineering budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.
