Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Accident and Emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the treatment of patients in A&E, providing excellent standards of care in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical skills through self-directed learning and extended role developments.
  • Participate in rotational night duty and be willing to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with post-registration nursing experience.
  • Current A&E nursing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
