Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at DX. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as required by the company.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in the mail or distribution industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
