Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery & Capital Equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
