We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Pub & Dining. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the brigade and support the team to achieve their full potential.
