Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Team Leader to manage our kitchen team and deliver high-quality meals to our young people and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving lunches, ensuring an engaging and interactive dining experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, adhering to food safety and health and safety guidelines
  • Develop and implement menus, promotions, and special diet menus to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work closely with our central team to manage food safety, health and safety, and food allergens
  • Use our electronic tablet to access our kitchen management system and communicate with the team

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
  • Organized approach and good understanding of the food industry, costs, and working to a set budget
  • Enhanced DBS check required
