Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food that meets our high standards and customer expectations
  • Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, ensuring the well-being of your team and our customers
  • Deputising for the management team and resolving any issues that arise in their absence
  • Helping to coordinate the team during busy services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
