We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at beBee Professionals in Worthing. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
Requirements:
