City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a skilled Area Site Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out technical repairs and PPMs to ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
- Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
- Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the Line Manager of findings.
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by City management.
- Complete general repairs and maintenance on trained Food Services assets.
- Monitor and update the Mercury system.
- Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade level as a minimum, NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.

- Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and food services mechanical equipment.
- Quality of repairs and maintenance.
