Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Thompson Aero Seating Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for aerospace products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test procedures
  • Contribute to the development of new product designs and technologies
  • Work with manufacturing teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and efficient
Requirements:
  • 3rd level qualification in relevant Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong 3D CAD modelling skills
  • Previous experience in a Design and/or Engineering related role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS office tools
