Lead Clinical Psychologist and Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Children's Eating Disorder Service (CEDS) at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to clinical and system change in the South West.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to other psychologists and the wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality psychologically informed support to young people and their families.
- Develop and deliver CEDS teaching programs, and provide direct clinical psychology services to children and young people with complex eating disorders or eating-related difficulties.
- Liaise and work with other professionals to ensure effective implementation of best practice and service development.
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary case discussions and planning meetings, and provide a consultancy service to other agencies and teams.
- Doctoral Clinical Psychology qualification or equivalent, with eligibility for Chartered Clinical Psychologist status and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council.
- Experience of working with clients with complex presentations within CAMHS or similar services, and teaching, training, and/or professional and clinical supervision.
- Well-organized with good administration skills, and ability to cope with workload pressure and prioritize workload.
- Full UK driving license, with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
