Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Inventum Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and planning to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Provide Financial Insights: Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, operations, and other business teams to ensure seamless integration of financial planning and analysis.
- Develop and Maintain Financial Reporting: Design and implement financial reporting processes to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Ensure Financial Governance: Implement and maintain financial governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting. Proficient in Excel and other financial software.
- Experience: Proven track record of providing financial analysis and planning to support business growth and decision-making.
