About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Membership Team as a Membership & Training Coordinator. This role will play a key part in delivering essential technical information to the agricultural industry, managing membership subscriptions, supporting the delivery of industry-leading training programmes, and handling BCPC subscription services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership subscriptions and provide excellent service to over 2,000 members
  • Support the delivery of industry-leading training programmes
  • Handle BCPC subscription services
  • Engage directly with members and clients
  • Work on exciting events and training courses
About You

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with MS Office programmes, experience using CRM databases to manage and analyse data, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business. A background in administrative support, event coordination, or membership services will provide a strong foundation for success.
