About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Membership Team as a Membership & Training Coordinator. This role will be based at our Cambridge headquarters and will play a key part in delivering essential technical information to the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership subscriptions and support the delivery of industry-leading training programmes.
  • Handle BCPC subscription services and provide excellent service to over 2,000 members.
  • Engage directly with members and clients, work on exciting events and training courses, and play a key role in driving NIAB's mission to support the agricultural sector.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office programmes.
  • Experience using CRM databases to manage and analyse data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
