Project Coordinator

VANRATH is assisting an industry-leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their expanding team.
Job Summary:This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services within remit, detailed planning of work with project, commercial and other service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Be responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services within remit
- Detailed planning of work with project, commercial and other service delivery teams
- Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules
- Resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system
- Support the delivery of periodic meetings with the team and client
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- General office duties
- Experience within a similar role
