As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the RevPar of the hotel(s) under your charge, managing the hotel's pricing strategy on a daily basis. You will develop and implement various strategies to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports and market trends from various perspectives, ensuring ongoing optimisation of pricing strategy.
  • Generate and action plans for each forecast, ensuring the actions are feasible and address the challenges identified in the analysis.
  • Monitor and manage the production and evolution of different distribution channels and market segments.
  • Ensure that the pricing strategy positions the hotel appropriately in the market vs the competitors.
  • Responsible for the generation of weekly and periodic forecasts for their hotel within the MHI accuracy standards.

We Seek:

  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management/supervision within the hotel industry.
  • Proficient in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking.
  • Experience with Opera, Switch, Duetto is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO.
