About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Assistants are the backbone of our service, providing essential support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You'll need to be resilient, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, you'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our training program.
