Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their lives to the fullest. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed
- Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support
