About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide support with mobility and transfers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
