Job Summary:

Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's professional services organisation in Central Bristol. This role offers a unique blend of hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week in the office, and flexibility to work from home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to 2500+ users across multiple sites in the UK.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Log all incidents in the IT Service Management tool, capturing detailed information and updating throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Utilise the ITIL best practice framework to deliver efficient and effective support.
  • Escalate incidents to the relevant team to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a busy IT Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team.
  • Previous experience supporting a Microsoft-focused stack, including Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
