Customer Account Manager

Our client, a renowned service provider, is seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join their dynamic team. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, they are passionate about delivering exceptional service and empowering their clients through long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive revenue growth through upselling products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on account status and performance.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as an Account Manager.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when necessary.
