About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at OA Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM database
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
