Complex Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Complex Care Professional to join our team at Alcedo Care Trafford. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.
About the Role:- You will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care packages that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Your responsibilities will include administering medications, providing tracheostomy care, and supporting clients with communication needs.
- You will also be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
- You must have experience working with clients with complex needs, including those who require tracheostomy care or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
- Competitive salary: £14.50 per hour PLUS holiday pay, pension, and mileage

- Full training and competency sign-offs provided by our Registered Nurses
