Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Complex Care Professional to join our team at Alcedo Care Trafford. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care packages that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Your responsibilities will include administering medications, providing tracheostomy care, and supporting clients with communication needs.
  • You will also be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
  • You must have experience working with clients with complex needs, including those who require tracheostomy care or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis.
