The East Community Mental Health Team is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join their established team as an Assessment and Duty Worker. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals suffering from severe mental illness, whether inpatient or community-based. Our team offers a supportive environment with case management supervision, clinical supervision, and opportunities for training. Key responsibilities include managing and triaging referrals, planning and providing timely assessments, and coordinating a diverse caseload.
