Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Complex Mental Health Team in Keynsham. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders, PTSD, and autism.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
  • Support individuals to develop essential life skills and independence.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis, including alternate weekend working and sleep ins.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
