Key Objectives

As a Client Acquisition Executive at GradBay, your primary objectives will be to:

  1. Generate new business opportunities within target sectors, focusing on securing large-scale organisations to support our growth strategy.
  2. Qualify prospects generated from both the SDR team and self-generation, understanding objectives and tailoring proposals and software demonstrations to meet needs.
  3. Build and grow relationships with prospects and key clients, including C-Suite, driving significant sales growth of portfolio solutions.
  4. Establish customer advocacy, making clients referenceable.
  5. Maintain a healthy pipeline at a level covering achievement of targets.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Account Director or Account Manager, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or sales leadership roles.
  • High-calibre sales experience within a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of finance and sales order processing systems is an advantage but not essential.
  • Talented individuals who can demonstrate experience of building relationships and selling at C-Suite level.
  • Able to evidence consistent performance against sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Experience of strategic account planning, account reviews, and contract management.
