Client Acquisition Executive

As a Client Acquisition Executive at GradBay, your primary objectives will be to:
- Generate new business opportunities within target sectors, focusing on securing large-scale organisations to support our growth strategy.
- Qualify prospects generated from both the SDR team and self-generation, understanding objectives and tailoring proposals and software demonstrations to meet needs.
- Build and grow relationships with prospects and key clients, including C-Suite, driving significant sales growth of portfolio solutions.
- Establish customer advocacy, making clients referenceable.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline at a level covering achievement of targets.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Account Director or Account Manager, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or sales leadership roles.
- High-calibre sales experience within a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of finance and sales order processing systems is an advantage but not essential.
- Talented individuals who can demonstrate experience of building relationships and selling at C-Suite level.
- Able to evidence consistent performance against sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Experience of strategic account planning, account reviews, and contract management.
