Regional Business Leader

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Leader to manage the overall performance of our Renault Trucks operations in West England and South Wales. As a key member of our Retail & Contract Hire leadership team, you will be responsible for achieving high levels of employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and leading financial performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement brand and group strategies to support an effective and efficient business.
- Drive new truck sales, workshop, and parts sales growth.
- Set and communicate key performance indicators to monitor centre performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage customer campaigns and events with market support.
- Ensure compliance with Renault Trucks culture and accepted behaviours.
**Requirements:**
- Significant experience in leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Excellent communicator with a talent for understanding different perspectives.
- Interest in the commercial vehicle industry.
