Our team is responsible for ensuring that investment risk limits are adhered to, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of thinkFolio, our investment management system, and its various risk limits and coding capabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate coding of new mandates and amendments into thinkFolio, working closely with fund managers and client directors.
- Provide expert guidance on client guideline queries and support fund managers with ad-hoc queries related to compliance systems.
- Collaborate with IT to evolve our systems and reduce operational risk.
- Produce MI related to coding processes and escalate incidents/breaches to senior management.
- Strong ownership and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive, self-starter, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational skills.
- Confidence to engage with various stakeholders, including client directors, fund managers, dealers, and operations teams.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of fixed income securities and derivatives, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject.
