About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Field Support team as a Senior Field Support Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth setup and execution of our marketing campaigns, which include exhibitions, events, and installations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transportation and setup of event assets, including exhibition stands, retail units, and equipment, to and from events.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate placement and de-rigging of exhibition and event assets, adhering to best practices and health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Campaign Managers and the Field Support team, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Campaign Managers and team members on event logistics, including stand placement and troubleshooting.
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK to client sites and events, working unsociable hours as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event logistics, exhibition management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy packages and objects.
  • Practical trade skills and experience with hand-held and electrical tools.
  • Flexibility with hours, including working weekends and unsociable hours, with a 40-hour working week.
