Job Title: FTTP Area Manager - Service Delivery

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FTTP Area Manager to join our Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring they are skilled, kitted, and accredited to the standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the team within budget constraints, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  2. Ensure all team members are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, recognizing and rewarding individual achievements.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and best practice.

Requirements:

  1. Proven managerial experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Full clean UK driving license.
  3. Computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  4. Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Telecoms experience.
  2. Managerial/supervisor experience.
  3. Knowledge of the BT network.
  4. Understanding of the Fibre network.
