The successful candidate will work closely with duty holders to achieve fire safety compliance within their establishments. Based on 36 hours of work per week, the estimated salary for this position is £37,222 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake fire risk assessments and provide advice on fire technology.
  • Work independently to achieve targets and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience of training staff and the public in fire safety is desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Corporate membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) is essential.
  • A fire risk assessment qualification and basic keyboarding skills are also required.
  • Broad experience of fire safety at a professional level is necessary.
