We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Mechanical Bias Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various installations, including ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems, and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair installations
  • Complete and document all remedial works
  • Operate a mobile device to track jobs completed
  • Have knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Driving License with no more than 3 points
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or 5 / NVQ / HNC Equivalent qualification
  • Experience within a maintenance or FM environment
  • Confident completing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces

Benefits:

  • 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
  • Van, Uniform and Tools Provided from Day 1 With personal use
  • Overtime rates from 1.5 times the regular rate and Sunday overtime rates of double standard
  • Standby Payment of £115
  • Full Training and Tools provided

The estimated salary for this position is between £28,548 and £41,778 per annum, depending on experience.
