We are seeking an experienced Employer Relationship Manager to join our team at Get Set UK. As an Employer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying recruitment opportunities for skills bootcamps across various sectors, including hospitality, logistics, and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Outreach: Engage in proactive outreach to secure interviews for our participants with employers.
  • Sector Expertise: Develop strong expertise in understanding specific sectors, particularly those that provide entry-level employment or have a need to upskill existing staff.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis and build strong connections between candidates and employers.
  • Employer Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with employers through consistent communication.
  • Business Development: Actively source employers through leads and cold calling, driving commercial growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with bootcamp colleagues to promote current vacancies and upcoming opportunities.
  • In-Work Support: Conduct regular in-work support calls with employers, tracking participants' progress in the workplace.
  • Disability Confident: Inspire employers to achieve the 'Disability Confident' award, supporting them on their journey to Level 1.
  • Awareness: Raise awareness among employers about our vision of equal opportunities and values.
  • Customer Recruitment Journey: Inspire customers into employment within our employer network, creating a precise and empowering recruitment journey.
  • Workshops: Offer quality guidance and support by holding employer-led workshops for our bootcamp learners to prepare them for interviews.
  • Feedback: Provide quality feedback to customers, helping them grow and prepare for the work environment.
  • Interview Support: Be present at interviews to support customers in their recruitment journey.
  • Employment Retention: Secure evidence of interviews and employment or career progression from the employers to meet milestones.
  • Customer Success: Offer support and foster sustainability in employment through best practices and overcoming barriers.
  • Networking: Boost our vision and strategy through networking and promotion at stakeholders' events.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain effective market intelligence through affiliation with network groups.
Requirements
  • Skills and Experience: Proven track record and strong understanding of employer recruitment.
  • Empathetic and Supportive: Genuine interest in helping people and understanding their challenges.
