As a key member of the Fostering Retention/Connected Carers Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of these families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to foster families and connected carers
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of these families
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve services

Requirements:

  • Qualification in social work or a related field
  • Experience working with foster families and connected carers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
