Job Title: Membership Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our membership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the membership application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process membership applications in accordance with our due diligence requirements and defined processes.
  • Support the Senior Engagement Manager and the membership applications team to develop our membership base.
  • Be the first point of contact for membership application enquiries.
  • Support the wider Business Development team with their queries and leads for new members.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience preferably within a trade association, standards organisation, membership organisation or customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • College courses in related field.
  • University degree in a relevant field (desirable).
  • Database systems experience mandatory (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to process a high number of applications and keep track of progress.
