The Role

This role involves managing the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in contracts are consistently met or exceeded. You will maintain strict control over project schedules, risks, scopes, and budgets, ensuring that operational teams and third-party providers fully understand client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Maintenance of tight control over project schedules, risks, scopes, and budgets.
  • Development of strong client relationships through day-to-day guidance and support.
  • Identification of sales opportunities for referral to the account management team.
  • Collaboration with operational teams and third-party providers to ensure client requirements are understood.
  • Solution of complex issues and contribution to process enhancements.
  • Occasional leadership of small to medium-sized project teams.
  • Resolution of issues using established solutions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize workload and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. A proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and a flexible approach to new challenges are essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
