We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Administrator to join our team in Nottingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, working in a high-growth environment and supporting the delivery of tax-advantaged investment solutions to the UK wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, analysing data and conducting competitor analysis.
  • Support the organisation and management of events, webinars, and Salesforce campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in an administration or paraplanner role, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Efront, Salesforce) is desirable, as is AAT / RO / other professional financial services qualifications and a degree in a relevant field.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 basic, plus bonus - OTE up to £40,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, with one day working from home. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
