Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Network Management team as a Vice President of Subcustodian Relations in the EMEA region. This role involves working closely with subcustodian banks, central securities depositories, and top-tier clients to manage our network of third-party subcustodian banks and cash correspondent service providers in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide internal and external support to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancements
- Develop strong relationships with our network of providers
- Create tailored solutions that increase efficiency and reduce risk

Required Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective team building skills
- Ability to communicate and present issues to clients, management, business units, and other interdependent groups
- Problem-solving skills, negotiation, root cause analysis, risk management, and escalation abilities

Salary and Benefits:
