- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid PIN.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
