Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments and psychoeducation to individuals referred to the service.

- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on mental health issues, including risk management and safeguarding.
- Contribute to the development of the service and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Professional qualification in mental health (e.g., RMN, Registered Social Worker, or OT).
- Current registration with a professional body and commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
- Front-line experience in using advanced assessment skills, particularly in determining the nature and severity of mental illness/health.
